S-WAYS, a Work While Learning Program has been launched by S.A.I Techs to cater to changing the lives of bright students and aspirant IT professionals and carve a niche for them in the IT Industry.
Here is an opportunity that acknowledges and grooms the innovative, bright young talents across the IT industry by providing them a platform to prove their ability. Such candidates would get a chance to directly participate in the proprietary software development activities of S.A.I Techs, sharpen their IT skills, understand the actual requirements in the industry and thus procure a prosperous career in the IT field.
The selected candidates shall take part in the proprietary product development
activities of S.A.I Techs. This would expose the candidates to the real time
work environments in the software field.
The development activities would be on leading technologies such as Java, .Net,
PHP, Perl, Python, C, C++, etc. The candidates would be assigned work on one
or more of these technologies.
Job related training on advanced IT technologies is offered to the candidates as
and when necessary based on their work assignments. This training is completely free
of cost.
Stipend of INR 3000 per month (Three thousand rupees only) will be paid
to the candidates during the whole of S-WAYS program (6 months). Approved work of
candidates would attract a royalty income from S.A.I Techs.
Soft Skills and Personality Development sessions would be conducted for overall
development of the candidates. This training is offered by Industrial experts and the
expenses would be borne by S.A.I Techs.
Flexible Schedule – The candidates, who are pursuing their studies, can participate
in S-WAYS program in parallel without disturbing their academic sessions.
The candidates are required to spend only 2 hours per day.
Candidates who are appearing for their academic examinations in middle of the S-WAYS
Program can avail time off for preparation of their exams – This would be based on the
discussions with their respective Team lead to schedule their activities with the
approval of S.A.I Techs.
Preference would be given to the candidates who have completed S-WAYS program to work
for S.A.I Techs as full time employees whenever there are opportunities. However, this
is not an offer of placement to all or any of the candidates.
S-WAYS is designed to be a "Six Month Work based Program". It would be conducted both online and In-house (In-house only in Bangalore as of now).
As a first step into the S-WAYS program, the selected candidates would undergo an Induction program held in Bangalore. The time, date and venue would be informed to the candidates well in advance through e-mails. For those people who cannot travel to Bangalore, they can avail this facility online. The required guidelines to attend the Induction program online would be sent to all of the selected candidates through e-mails. The Induction program explains the flow of S-WAYS program, its benefits, how to take the classes online, how to work remotely with the team across the globe and whom to contact in case of queries.
Candidates would be divided into teams based on their work assignments and each team will be working under the guidance of a team lead. The team lead is responsible for all the activities such as work assignments, tracking and monitoring the progress of the given tasks and required trainings. He/She is also responsible for evaluating the performance of the candidates.
The candidates who are into the S-WAYS program would be regularly gauged on their performance*, depending on which, if found unsatisfactory, they shall be terminated them from S-WAYS program and there would not be any communication made to them after that.
The selection process of S-WAYS henceforth referred to as SET(S-WAYS
Entrance Test) has 2 parts to it as described below:-
2.1 Online Examination:-
The candidates can take this examination from any place, provided
they are connected to internet. They can browse or take help
to attempt the questions.
The duration of the online examination would be 50 minutes.
The online examination dates and timings would be sent to the
registered users email-ids and also published in our
website – www.saitechs.com.
The registered candidates would get model question papers and
guidelines for attending the online examination in their personal
e-mail ids mentioned while registration.
The results of the online examination would be published in 2 weeks
from the date of the examination. The candidates can view their results
using their Login credentials in our website
2.1.2.1. Objective type questions.
2.1.2.2. Scenario based essay writing.
2.1.2.3. Logic based problem solving.
2.1.2.4. Writing small pieces of code.
2.2. Personal Telephonic Interaction.
Selected candidates in the online examination would undergo the Personal Telephonic Interaction of SET. The duration of this round is maximum 30 minutes.
The date and timings would be personally notified to the selected candidates via e-mails provided by them at the time of registration.
The syllabus for Telephonic round is the same as that of the online examination.
The candidates who successfully get through both the parts of SET are considered winners and their names would be published in our website and e-mails detailing the S-WAYS Induction Program would be sent to them.
Important Note: - Scanned copy of the photograph of the candidates who successfully clear the SET must be uploaded in our website for our records and future use. This photograph would be used to provide the candidates S-WAYS Identity Card (SIC) and S-WAYS Program Completion Certificate at the end of the Program.
This program is offered to candidates, who get selected in the SET, This test is open for all students pursuing their studies in various fields such as engineering, diploma, arts & commerce, science and other streams with computer knowledge.
It is also open for aspiring professionals who want to procure a bright future in IT.
3.1. General Note:-
Our program is not intended for children under the age of 14, and they are not eligible to participate in SET.
Online Registration form to take part in the SET is available in the S.A.I Techs Website. Candidates are required to fill the application online. A registration fee of Rs.651/- (of which Rs.450.00 is refundable, if not got selected. Rs.201.00 will be charged towards operational cost) for the SET is to be paid while registration. The fees can be paid online through credit cards, directly by cash at the S.A.I Techs head office(Bangalore) or by DD drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of ‘S.A.I Technologies’ payable at Bangalore and sent to:

User Accounts of the candidates who pay the registration fees through DD or Bank transfer would be activated with 24 hours of encashment of their payment. The users can login to their accounts and check the status of the same.
Also note that if the candidate fails to attend the entrance examination at the stipulated time, the fees paid by them will be forfeited. No correspondence shall be made in this regard.
